How this works
When making a reservation for a transfer from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi international airport (BKK):
After you fill out the form you will typically see an immediate confirmation with below it a PayPal and Paysbuy.com button where you can make a secure payment by credit card online for the required 500 baht deposit. This is based on the assumption that we have car available for your transfer, which is the case in 98% of all bookings for Bangkok Airport transfers.
We do reserve the right to cancel your booking and return the deposit at any time, although this will typically happen within 24 hours after you made your reservation through this Limousine website. If we need to cancel your booking any paid deposit will be returned to you the next working day. Reasons for cancellation can be: too many persons for the booked vehicle, bookings less than 18 hours prior to arrival, bookings to (temporarily) unreachable destinations, etc.
It is possible to pay the full amount in advance, but note that there will be a 4% credit card charge, and that refunds are possible only until 7 days prior to arrival. If the funds need to be transferred to an overseas bank account, there will be international swift wire transfer charges deducted from the paid deposit. If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, please do not pay the deposit and mention it in the other requirements field.
We will also send a confirmation message via e-mail, so please check your spambox if you do not receive that within one or two minutes after booking.
The following rules and conditions apply when making a reservation for a limousine transfer from other places like your downtown Bangkok hotel, the central train station, a bus station or any other hotel, resort, guesthouse, home or fixed pick up location in Thailand:
After you fill out below form, we manually verify the information entered and send a confirmation or request for additional information within 18 hours. If you do not receive a response within 36 hours, please check spamboxes first and contact us by e-mail or online chat support after.
For a pick ups other than those from Suvarnabhumi international airport or downtown bangkok, a deposit of 50% will be requested.
Payments for the remaining amount can be done direct to our drivers, in cash.
