How the meet & greet + immigration fast track works:

- Our friendly Airport Hostess or host will meet & greet with you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name or a more discrete expression like a company name, logo, initials, etc.
- She or he will help with carry-on luggage and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counters, where he or she will assist with immigration documents details to ensure that your official entry into Thailand occurs without any delays.
- After collecting your luggage from the Bangkok Airport baggage claim area, she or he will then guide you through customs and deliver your bags to one of our limousines that just then pulls up in front of the arrival hall of the Airport. If you are traveling by other means of transportation, you will be taken to it in stead, but if the pick up vehicle does not hold green or yellow license plates, please ask the driver to park in the parking building and meet at outer door number 3 on the 2nd floor of Suvarnabhumi's Airport terminal.
Bangkok Airport VIP Departure Service
- Our friendly Airport Hostess will meet & greet with you at a previously agreed on location in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a more discrete expression like a company name, logo, initials, etc.
- She will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter, where she will ensure that your official exit from Thailand occurs without any delays. If so required, she accompanies you to the VAT refund claim center.
- After escorting or directing you to your departure Gate or your airline's lounge this Bangkok Airport fast track immigration service in concluded.
Round trip Bangkok Airport VIP packages incl limousine transfers
- Suvarnabhumi Airport Arrival Service with meet & greet and fast track service as above + immediate departure by Limousine to your resort, hotel or other destination in Thailand
- Limousine pick up from your resort, hotel or other location and immediate transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, where our lovely airport hostess will be waiting to guide you trough check-in, fast track immigration counters, and all the way to the gate or airport lounge.
- As with any of our services all standard charges likes taxes, tolls for expressway, gasoline etc. are included so there are no (hidden) extra's. Mineral water and cold towel will be provided in the limousine.
How to book the Bangkok Airport Fast Track service online
- Please enter your booking via our dedicated VIP fast track booking form. However, if you also require a Limousine transfer with the fast track service, kindly enter the limousine booking(s) first via the Bangkok Airport Limousine booking form and copy the reservation number(s) assigned there, as you will require that for the fast track service booking. We are currently working on making this a single action process, but until such time we offer our apologies for the extra step. This does NOT apply to the Fast Track + limousine Roundtrip Combo's. For those you can already fill all the detail on the fast track booking form!
- Cancellations for this VIP Fast track Service that reach us 24 or more hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After this time all payments related to the fast track service are strictly non-refundable.
